Shipping Policy
All US orders are shipped via USPS First Class. This 3-5 day service includes a tracking number and is $5.
All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class. International delivery takes approximately 10-21 business days. Worldwide shipping is $20.
Return & Refund Policy
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Jewelry may be returned within 14 days of receipt for full refund. All custom orders and sale merchandise are final sale. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Reinerland is not responsible for returned jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit. Shipping costs are not refundable. For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt. Please email us reinerland@mac.com to notify if you'd like an exchange or refund.
STORE RETURN POLICY
We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise at our NYC locations. Store credit may be issued or items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. Merchandise must be in original condition. All special orders and sale merchandise are final sale.
